Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship?
We offer free standard shipping to the destinations available at checkout. If your country is not listed, contact us before ordering.
Where will my order ship from?
Orders ship directly from our fulfillment partners in China.
How long will delivery take?
Allow 2–4 business days for processing and usually 5–10 business days for transit. The total estimate is 7–15 business days from ordering. These estimates exclude weekends and public holidays; customs or carrier delays can add time.
How do I track my order?
We will email your tracking details after shipment. Follow the tracking link in that email.
Why has my tracking not updated?
The first update can take 3–6 business days to appear. If it takes longer, contact us with your order number so we can check the shipment.
Will everything arrive together?
Not always. Items can ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. You will not pay extra standard shipping for a split delivery.
What if my order is late or missing?
Contact us if the delivery estimate has passed or tracking says delivered but you cannot find the parcel. We will investigate. See our Shipping Policy for details.
What about taxes or customs charges?
Amounts collected by REVKOVA are shown at checkout. If a carrier asks for another payment, contact us before paying so we can check it.
Returns & order changes
Can I return an item?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must meet our return conditions. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details and your consumer rights.
Who pays for return postage?
You pay for eligible change-of-mind returns. REVKOVA covers necessary return postage when an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. Contact us before sending anything back.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us with your order number, a short description, and photos where possible. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate solution.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–7 business days. Your bank may take longer to show the credit. Any shorter legal deadline takes priority.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel free of charge before shipment. For cancellations or changes, contact us immediately. Address or item changes may not be possible once dispatch is underway. After shipment, eligible returns and legal cancellation rights still apply.
Can I exchange a size or version?
Contact us first. Exchanges depend on stock and return eligibility. We will confirm any price or shipping difference before proceeding.

Does “universal” mean it fits every bike?
No. Universal-fit products still have size, mounting, or electrical requirements. Compare the specifications with your motorcycle before ordering.

Which payment methods can I use?
