Handlebar Mount: A circular clamp secures the charger to a compatible section of the handlebar.
Bracket Mount: An alternative mounting style uses a mounting bracket and an appropriate bolt location, such as a compatible mirror mounting point.
The 1.2 m power cable provides flexibility when routing wiring between the charger and power source.
Confirm your motorcycle's electrical voltage, mounting dimensions and available clearance before ordering. Mounting hardware may depend on the selected configuration.
Weather Protection
The charger includes a fitted rubber cover that closes over the two USB ports.
When properly closed, the cover helps prevent rainwater, dust and road debris from entering the outlets.
The charging sockets are exposed when devices are plugged in. No independently verified IP rating is provided. Avoid pressure washing or submerging the unit.
Installation & Wiring
- Switch off the motorcycle and disconnect the battery before beginning installation.
- Select a secure location for the handlebar clamp or mounting bracket.
- Position the charger so the USB ports and on/off switch remain accessible.
- Route the power cable away from hot engine parts, sharp edges and moving steering components.
- Connect the positive supply wire (red/pink) to the appropriate positive connection and the black wire to negative.
- Use a properly fused power connection suitable for the motorcycle and charger's electrical requirements.
- Reconnect the battery, switch on the charger and test both USB ports with a compatible device.
- Check full handlebar movement and confirm the cables cannot pull, pinch or interfere with the motorcycle's controls.
If you are unfamiliar with motorcycle electrical systems, have the charger installed by a qualified technician. A switched, fused accessory circuit is recommended where available.
