Water & Dust Resistance
The charger features an IP65-rated housing according to the supplied product specifications.
Individual protective covers help shield the USB-C and USB-A ports from rain, dust and road debris when not in use.
Lift the marked port covers to access the charging sockets when needed.
Keep the port covers closed when not charging. Water resistance may be reduced while the charging ports are open. Do not submerge the charger.
Installation & Wiring
- Switch off the motorcycle and disconnect the battery before installation.
- Select a handlebar location with sufficient room for the charger and charging cable connections.
- Open the charger mounting clamp using the included hex key.
- Position the charger around the handlebar, using the anti-slip gasket where required.
- Secure the mounting screw without overtightening.
- Route the charger's power cable to the appropriate fused vehicle power connection.
- Connect the SAE-style connector to the matching supply lead, checking connector polarity before applying power.
- For the supplied battery connection lead, connect red to positive (+) and black to negative (−).
- Reconnect the battery and test both charging ports with compatible devices.
- Turn the handlebars fully in both directions to confirm the charger and wiring do not interfere with steering or controls.
Use a correctly rated fuse and secure all wiring away from hot or moving components. Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with vehicle electrical systems.
